Troubleshooting: 1. Why doesn't the mop spray water? Ensure the bottle and pole are installed correctly. Press the trigger 10-15 times during the first use to activate the water spray system. Clean the tank and spray nozzle after use to prevent clogging. 2. Why does the mop leak after using it? Pour out the water in the bottle after each use, and press the nozzle several times to drain any remaining water. Leaving excess water in the bottle can damage the pressure of the sprinkler device, causing leakage. 3. Why are there water stains in the bottle when I first receive the mop? We carefully test the sprayer before shipping, so it's normal to find some water in the bottle. This is a result of the testing process, not from prior use. 4. Why are there wear marks on the pole head when I unpack it? The factory tests and assembles the mop before shipping to ensure the water spray function works properly. The wear marks are a result of this testing process and are normal.
